The single entry pass is valid for 24 hours after purchase
You can use your single entry any time you want even if the reception is closed. You just need to follow this process:
1. Buy your single entry online
2. Download the Kisi App from the Applestore or Playstore
3. Create your profile with the email address in the app
4. You will immediately receive a link from Kisi asking you to create a password
5. When you are in front of the door, click in the Kisi app the “Bossy Fitness Club” button, click “Entrance” and the door opens

No, the monthly price or the price of the pack you buy is all that you will be paying, there are not other fees
How can I enter the Club when the reception is closed?
You will have an APP or a card to automatically open the door
If I buy a membership with classes and I do not finish the classes of each month will I lose them?
No you can consume the number of remaining classes by the end of the membership. For example if you consume only four classes per month for the first two months of an 8 classes per month three months membership you can do 16 classes in the last month
Is the 24h gym only included in the class packs?
No because the class packs have much longer validity than the memberships
